Fisher Box Office features a beautiful 1920s inspired lobby, five state-of-the-art high definition digital cinemas including one 3D capable theater.

Reel-alize the blockbuster hits!

Each cinema has a 250-seating capacity with a stadium seat layout for an unobstructed view for the customers’ convenience, a ticketing system will be located at the mall concierge for pick-up of reserved tickets. Completing the convenience features for movie buffs is a food delivery and hawkers service inside the cinema.

Slated to feature movie box office hits, Fisher Box Office will also occasionally show special indie films, well-loved classics and special movie genre.

Customers are asked to keep their movie ticket until the end of screening. Fisher Box Office claims no responsibility for any lost tickets.

For 3D movies, guests must check the technical condition of the 3D glasses upon receipt and immediately inform the staff if any defect has been found and request for a new one. If any damage is found after the customer has entered the auditorium, the glasses will be regarded as damaged by the customer.

Safety and Security

Fisher Box Office reserves right to inspect and search all guests entering the cinema premises to promote a safe environment for guests, performers, and employees. Guests should be prepared to have all hand carried items open and ready for inspection upon entrance. Cinema Security Personnel on duty has the right to refuse entry to Guests who will not comply with our security policy.

Prohibited Materials

Fisher Box Office reserves the right to refuse the entry of any item that could be considered a weapon or any item that could endanger public safety. Any of such are asked to be surrendered to Cinema Security upon entrance and may be claimed afterwards.

Any of the following items listed below (but not limited to), are prohibited inside the cinema:

  • Weapons of any kind are prohibited such as firearms, knives, mace, and chains. send
  • Alcoholic beverages send
  • Skateboards, Rollerblades, and such send

Food & Drinks

Only foods purchased from our snack bar, Fisher Snacks, are allowed inside the theater in order to preserve the quality of our cinemas.

Canned drinks are to be deposited and claimed after the movie.

Movie Ratings and Age Policy

Fisher Box Office observes the proper MTRCB classification ratings per movie. Customers and guests must be aware and knowledgeable about the cinema ratings before purchasing tickets for the movie.

Fisher Box Office has the right to ask for an ID of a customer if the movie rating has established a certain age limit or to determine whether the customer is eligible for a discount ticket.

Cinema Ticket Counter has the right to refuse selling of tickets to a person whose age is under the limit established by the movie rating even if the person is accompanied by an adult.

For Tickets purchased online, Fisher Box Office reserves the right to refuse entry for Customer whose age is under the limit established by the movie rating even if the person is accompanied by an adult.

MTRCB Ratings are as follows:

  • G: GENERAL AUDIENCE - Viewers of all ages are admitted.
  • PG: PARENTAL GUIDANCE - Viewers below thirteen (13) years old must be accompanied by a parent or supervising adult when admitted into a “PG” film.
  • R13: RESTRICTED–13 - Only viewers who are thirteen (13) years old and above can be admitted into an “R-13” film.
  • R16: RESTRICTED–16 - Only viewers who are sixteen (16) years old and above can be admitted into an “R-16” film.
  • R18: RESTRICTED–18 - Only viewers who are eighteen (18) years old and above can be admitted into an “R-18” film.

NO RECORDING POLICY

Video cameras, MP3 devices, mobile phones, or any other devices that may be used to record any portion of the films shown in the cinema are strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right to take into preventive and temporary custody such devices until the patron who violates this notice leaves the cinema.

GUESTS WHO VIOLATE THE CINEMA RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO EXPULSION OR IN CASE OF A SERIOUS OFFENCE; THE VIOLATOR WILL BE HANDED OVER TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY.
